Susan Kimmel has been with Two Plus Four companies for fifteen years. She has risen from Regional Manager to Vice - President and now President of both Two Plus Four Management and Two Plus Four Construction. In addition to these roles, she is managing general partner of both Lakewood Development and LLC Lakewood Development II, LLC, the development arms of Two Plus Four. Through these LLCs she continues to develop new projects and grow Two Plus Four’s portfolio.
David R. Bacon
Founder / Owner
David Bacon founded Two Plus Four in 1977. His strong leadership has guided the Company from its inception. Dave has a personal real estate portfolio of over 60 projects that consist of 2500 units. This has provided us with extensive management experience and contributed heavily to the current success that the company enjoys. His broad real estate and financing background has lead the way for over twenty years and is responsible for the strong reputation for which the company is known.
Vice President of Construction
Peter brings with him over thirty years of experience in the construction industry. Peter owned and operated his own construction company for over fourteen years, completing projects including private and multifamily residential, light commercial, medical/dental facilities and municipal buildings. Peter joined the Two Plus Four team as construction manager, and has been promoted to Vice President of Construction. He is involved with marketing, estimating, budgeting, personnel, long term planning, and has a proven ability to effectively complete projects within strict time and cost restraints, always maintaining the high quality of workmanship our clients have come to expect.
Greg comes to the Two Plus Four Construction Team with over thirteen years of construction experience in new construction of single-family and multi-family residential and commercial construction and school rehabilitation, supervising multiple projects prior to joining our company.
With over twenty-eight years of experience in the construction industry, Brenda has knowledge in many aspects of construction including multi-family and single-family residential. Brenda also previously owned and managed affordable multi-family housing and so brings that experience with her as well.
Assistant to the Contract Administrator
Melanie joined the Two Plus Four team after graduating from Bryant and Stratton College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in the Administrative Assistant program. Employed since 2011, Melanie brings 20 years of experience in customer service, quality assurance and day to day manufacturing operations knowledge.
Mark has been a part of the Two Plus Four Team for many years. He started as a laborer for our company in 1990 and eventually moved to our service department as Maintenance Service Assistant- Supervisor. Mark has since been promoted Construction Site Supervisor.
James (Jim) has been a member of the Two Plus Four Construction Team since 2007. Jim previously worked in telecommunications installations and maintenance and therefore brought with him a strong general knowledge of construction. Jim works as a carpenter for our team and has proven to have great dedication to the proper and timely completion of work assignments.
Harry Green, Jr.
Harry has been a member of the Two Plus Four Construction team since 2010. Harry’s background includes 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, with training and ability as an operator of large equipment of a wide assortment, as well as the many tools used in construction. Harry started as a carpenter and has since been elevated to the position of Supervisor.
Jenica is a Regional Property Manager for Two Plus Four Management since 2014. She came to our team with previous facility and staff management experience.
Joining our team from a different industry, Kimberly utilized her people and operations management skills to rapidly grown in the Regional Manager position.
Karen has 14 years of Property Management experience. She started at Two Plus Four Management in 2003 as a Community Manager at Auburn Heights (where she lived for 31 years) and Northbrook Court Apartments. In 2010, Karen took on two more properties, Elaine Estates and Greenview Hills Apartments. Karen was then promoted to Regional Manager in 2010 and now has twelve properties in her portfolio.

Trista recently joined our team bringing 10 years of health care and customer service experience. She immediately excelled in servicing our community managers and tenants with day to day support.
