With over twenty-eight years of experience in the construction industry, Brenda has knowledge in many aspects of construction including multi-family and single-family residential. Brenda also previously owned and managed affordable multi-family housing and so brings that experience with her as well.

Brenda became a member of the Two Plus Four team as an administrative assistant and is now our Contract Administrator. She oversees the daily coordination of all construction project management support services within our office for all projects.

Brenda is responsible for contract management, billing and job cost, project document procurement and submittals, project closeout and all agency reporting compliance. Her degree of attention to detail and dedication to compliance has proven to be a vital part of our Two Plus Four Team.
