About the Project: This property is a 32 unit Elderly Project consisting of a single building with community spaces both within and outside the building.
The project was built in compliance with the following programs/certification levels: NYS HCR GREEN BUILDING INITIATIVE, ENERGY STAR HIGH PEFORMANCE, NAHB-NATIONAL GREEN BUILDING STANDARD, LEED-SILVER, ENTERPRISE GREEN COMMUNITIES CRITERIA – EMERALD.
Unit Breakdown: The 32 units are made up of (30) 1-BR units (4 are fully HC adapted with roll-in showers) and (2) 2-BR units (1 is a fully adapted HC with a roll-in Shower).
