The project was built as an adaptive reuse site and is a successful conversion of a school into elderly apartments.  The project is: NYS HCR GREEN BUILDING INITIATIVE, ENERGY STAR HIGH PERFORMANCE.

Unit Breakdown: The 37 units consist of:  (33) 1-BR units and (4) 2-BR units.

Funding: NYS HCR and Tax Credits

Contract Amount: $5,167,746
