West Middle School Apartments, recently opened in Auburn, NY, is a noteworthy example of a school conversion to affordable housing. It’s the successful development of a community asset and a winning combination for both the private and public partners.

Lakewood Development II, LLC is a real estate development company founded in 2013 by Susan Kimmel and Peter Wilson and is an integral part of the Two Plus Four family of companies. Headquartered in East Syracuse, NY, it’s a continuation of Lakewood Development, LLC, formed by Susan Kimmel and David Bacon in 2003.
