Sarah started her career with Two Plus Four Management Co., Inc. as a property manager. She was promoted to Director of Compliance in June of 2023. The responsibilities as Director of Compliance include approving all new tax credit move-ins, performing site visits to audit tenant files, leading the new property Lease-ups, staying current with Program Regulations and assisting in training staff. Sarah’s eye for detail and desire to make sure staff understand the requirements for tax credit properties make her a natural fit for compliance. She prides herself in continuing to strengthen her knowledge of the affordable housing industry. Sarah is certified as a C3P Tax Credit Specialist, S.T.A.R. 515 (Rural Development) and Fair Housing.
