Jenica has been in the affordable housing arena since 2014. She started her career as a property manager with Two Plus Four Management and quickly rose to a regional manager’s position in 2015. In March of 2021, Jenica was promoted to the position of Director of Compliance and in 2023 she was again promoted to Vice-President of Property Management. Jenica’s responsibilities include direct supervision and oversight of all regional property managers, setting policy and procedures for all site level management, as well as the liaison with the syndicators and agency representatives. Jenica’s vast knowledge of the regulatory restrictions imposed by various agencies along with her hands on management experience gives her the ability to find solutions to any financial or physical challenges within our portfolio. Jenica is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in NYS. She is certified as a C5P Tax Credit Specialist, a COS specialist and has her S.T.A.R 515 and fair housing certifications. Jenica is well versed in Rural Development 515, HUD and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and enjoys a great working relationship with the supervising agencies for these programs.
