Chamar Otis, started his career in housing working for the Syracuse Housing Authority in the late nineties as a tenant selector and a transfer team coordinator. In 1999 he moved to Philadelphia, Pa. where he held the position of Property Manager for several LIHTC apartments and commercial properties. He worked exclusively with the Housing and Urban Development as well as the Redevelopment Authority of Philadelphia. In 2006, Chamar relocated back to Syracuse, NY where he held the position of Compliance Specialist for Quadel Consulting conducting management and occupancy reviews for the State of New York. This position expired in New York; however, Chamar was contracted by HUD to continue to do onsite management and occupancy reporting in the state of Florida and California. After a few short stints as property manager, Chamar found his way to Two Plus Four Properties, where he has flourished as a Regional Manager. His passion for success is evident in every aspect of delightful and exuberant attitude.
