            Sue brings both management and development skills to the Two Plus Four team. She is actively involved and responsible for all construction, development, asset management and long-term corporate strategy.  Sue promotes “team work” in every aspect of construction and development to produce the best possible cost effective, high quality product that meets the financial commitments of the owners.

As a developer, Sue works hand in hand with local non-profits and municipalities to bring affordable housing to their communities. Her active involvement from the development stages through construction and continuing with the on-going management brings a level of comfort to all parties involved in the process.          

In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Sue is also actively involved in lobbying efforts to secure continual funding for housing programs. Sue is a member of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing, which lobbies the New York legislation for Housing Trust Funds. On a national level, Sue sits on the Board of Directors for the Council for Affordable Rural Housing lobbying the federal government for continued resources for affordable housing projects in rural areas.
           

Sue is a graduate of Clarkson University, School of Engineering and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
